The school is located on a beautiful seaside plot, and just a short bus ride away from the market.

Although the school is located close to Oslo, it is unique that we are also beautifully located by the sea. Just a hundred meters from the school door you will find opportunities for boating and swimming. The coastal path runs directly below the school, and stretches for many miles in both the direction towards Oslo and towards Vestfold.
The outdoor areas contain a lawn with room for outdoor activities such as basketball, football and volleyball. The lawn is a cozy yard that is a natural meeting point between the two buildings.
Sea and water
We can canoe and kayak, swim and play beach volleyball down on our beach. During the school year, you also get to try water sports.
Sitting in a tube on the back of a boat at full speed raises the pulse for most people!
Join us for island hopping on the Oslofjord’s beautiful and historic islands, and to walk along the river down Akerselva in the middle of the capital. In Oslomarka there are small and large lakes, and it is possible to buy a fishing license.
Outdoor life
We go on forest tours and summit tours in both Nordmarka, Østmarka and Bærumsmarka. There are also miles of cycle paths in both the countryside and the city. In winter, it is a short distance to several professional ski resorts, and miles of cross-country trails.
Therefore, it may be a good idea to bring both a daypack, outdoor clothing, skis and a bicycle when you start here.
